DELIVERY POLICY
Post eParcel
HomeAirPurifiers delivers across Australia via Australia Post's eParcel service.

Please note the Australia Post's eParcel delivery service is:

  • Secure: Each parcel is scanned during the delivery process and can be tracked.
  • Reliable: A signature is required upon delivery.
  • Low cost shipping charges: $10.00 shipping cost Australia-wide. Delivery is free for purchasing value of $500.00 or more.

You can track your parcel at http://www.eparcel.com.au/. HomeAirPurifiers can provide a consignment number on request.

Delivery: HomeAirPurifiers anticipate product delivery to all Australian states within 4 working days, except Western Australia and Northern Territory (please allow up to 6 working days).

Urgent Delivery:  Contact us via email us or give us a call so we can source out the best delivery option for you. 

International Customers: Contact us via email or phone to discuss delivery charges, as different rates apply for each product and country. 

In the unlikely event of stock shortage, HomeAirPurifiers will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible so you are aware of the status of your order


WARRANTY
Prior to product use, carefully read the user's guide instructions and the product's manufacturer/replacement warranty.  Always use all products as directed. Please note that all products come with a one year manufacturer's warranty.

However, if you experience problems with a faulty product, call us to discuss the problem or notify us via email within 14 days from the date of purchase. Upon receiving notification, HomeAirPurifiers will provide an ARN (Authorisation Return Number), without which no refund or replacement will take effect. DO NOT SEND THE PRODUCT BACK WITHOUT AN ARN.

In some cases, customers may be required to directly contact the manufacturer's Technical Support. HomeAirPurifiers will endeavour to assist customers in best dealing with the issue at hand.


RETURNS

Please take the following steps when returning a product:

  1. Call or email HomeAirPurifiers quoting your invoice number, contact details and definition of the problem.
  2. Receive your Authorisation Return Number and label a return address.
  3. Place the product to be returned in its original packaging. Please include a copy of the original invoice and a brief explanation of the problem in a SEPARATE envelope in the package.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a 20% re-stocking fee for all products found to be non-defective. HomeAirPurifiers reserve the right to authorise product returns beyond 14 days from the invoice date. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returned items.


DISCLAIMER

Please use products according to manufacturer's warranty. No warranty will apply if a product has been modified or altered after delivery. HomeAirPurifiers cannot be held responsilbe for the intentional or non-intentional damages made to a product by a customer, since HomeAirPurifiers has no control over the use of a product after delivery.

E-mail addresses are collected as HomeAirPurifiers communicates with customers via e-mail, aggregates information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The eWAY payment gateway service on the HomeAirPurifiers site provides secure online processing of credit cards in real time. All customer credit card information is protected by 128-bit SSL Certificate.

The information HomeAirPurifiers collects is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of the HomeAirPurifiers web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
